Duties

The Planning & Development Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for the enforcement of local ordinances including:

• General Nuisances
• Tall Grass/Weeds
• Trees and Bushes over the streets, sidewalks and alleys.
• Inoperable Vehicles - On Private Property 
• Property Maintenance
• Inadequate Sidewalks
• Rental Property concerns
