SUBJECT: Partial Main Street Road Closure for Wild West Festival
South Main Street in Hays from 3rd Street to Elm Street is now closed to through traffic due to the Wild West Festival setting up in preparation for the festival. Please plan your driving routes around this closure. Please be advised that south Main Street is now closed in Hays to through traffic and will not open to through traffic until the early evening of Sunday, July 2nd.
