The Hays City Commission and the Ellis County Commission will be holding a joint meeting on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at BriefSpace, located at 219 West 10^th Street, Hays, Kansas. The Governing Bodies will be meeting to review joint agreements regarding maintenance and reconstruction of peripheral roads and Law Enforcement Center/Dispatch operations.
