Be advised that Elm Street between 5th and 6th Street will be closed to traffic during working hours on Tuesday, May 7th and Wednesday, May 8th. M&D Excavating will be removing trees associated with the planned reconstruction of Elm Street later this summer.
Signs will be in place to direct the traveling public. The traveling public should use caution and if possible avoid areas of construction.
