Please be advised that beginning Monday August 12, 2019 the 400 block of West 4th Street between Elm and Ash Streets will be closed to traffic. This work is related to the Elm/Ash/4th Street reconstruction project.
Signs will be in place to direct the traveling public. The traveling public should use caution and if possible, avoid this area.
