City of Hays’ Department of Finance/City Clerk Notice of Operations
Due to recent Coronavirus concerns, the City of Hays Finance/City Clerk’s Office wants to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. If possible, we ask our customers to please limit in-person visits to City Hall. Available to our customers is free online bill pay at www.haysusa.com. Just click “Make A Payment” in lieu of sending a check or stopping in the office for payment. You may also sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal using the form provided on our website, www.haysusa.com. Furthermore, for your convenience, payment drop boxes are located at either Dillons location or at City Hall. Lastly, all of our mailed utility bills include a pre-addressed return envelope for your use.
If you need to establish service, please use the form provided at www.haysusa.com, click Departments, then Finance/City Clerk’s Office, and email the completed form to cco@haysusa.com or fax to 785-628-7323. Although our offices currently remain open to the public, these convenient tools are for the wellbeing of our valued customers and employees.
