City of Hays’ Department of Public Works Notice of Operations
In light of recent Coronavirus concerns, the City of Hays Public Works Department would like to inform the public that at this time our offices remain open. However, there are many services that can be handled on-line or via phone/email. Those needing to conduct business with Public Works staff are encouraged to call first to determine if business can be handled without a personal visit.
Many permits can be issued on-line or by means of email correspondence with staff. The Public Works facility is also taking precautions within the facility to help protect staff and the public who may visit the facility.
