In response to the Governor’s recent Executive Order No. 20-29, “Ad Astra: A Plan to Reopen Kansas, the City of Hays is reopening all City playgrounds, shelters and the dog park. Restroom facilities will remain closed at this time. Due to gathering size limitations, the Parks Department will not be accepting shelter reservations. It is the responsibility of park users to follow all state orders regarding Social Distancing, Gathering Size Limitations and Public Health Guidelines.
