Beginning Thursday, July 9th, traffic on the Vine Street West Frontage Road will be switched onto the new pavement along the east side of the frontage Road and at the 32nd and Vine Intersection, traffic will be switched onto the new pavement along the north side of 32nd Street. The frontage road will remain one-way northbound, and 32nd Street will remain one-way westbound.
