The next change in the Vine Street construction traffic configuration will occur on Friday, August 21st and is depicted on the attached Traffic Control Flyer. One significant change is that access will be opened up in front of ARBY’S between the frontage road and Vine Street. There will still be construction occurring in front of the Econolodge, which will restrict traffic in that area to one-lane one-way southbound at that location. Other areas of the frontage road will have two-way traffic. Another significant change is that the south end of the frontage road will be terminated into the Whiskey Creek parking lot. The frontage road will still provide access to the Pheasant Run and Whiskey Creek from 32nd Street; however, businesses north of Whiskey Creek will only have access from the north.
