Beginning on Tuesday September 15, 2020 at 7:00 am the 3300 Block of Lincoln Dr on the East side of Lincoln Draw will be closed to thru traffic for pavement repairs. Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, September 18, 2020. The City of Hays regrets any inconvenience this may cause to the public.
