Beginning Wednesday, March 24, 2021, southbound traffic on Vine Street between 35th Street and 43rd Street will be shifted from the west side to the east side of Vine. This will result in traffic being one-lane in each direction, head-to-head, in the northbound lanes. This change will allow for the construction of the west half of the remaining three roundabouts.
Within the construction zone, left turns are prohibited. Motorists should use the posted detour routes to access affected businesses and reach their destination.
The attached flyer shows the traffic control configuration. This phase of construction is expected to last through the end of June.
