[ARCHIVED] Public Notice - National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit

KDHE has issued a draft permit for the discharge of stormwater for the City of Hays. The public is notified of a 30 day period for comment.  Comments are due April 20, 2019 to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Please read attached PDF for more information.
